Our Warranty We Offer On All Scooters

ZhongYuan Machinery& Manufacturing Co.,Ltd Offers a 6-month warranty on all scooters and accessories. The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. Our company will offer you free of charge replacement spare parts (shipping charges not included) on the first warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping ,handling and parts costs. We do offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries motors and chargers.Any battery,motorAnd charger should become faulty within 6 months from the arrival day you receive our products wewill replace the battery,motor and charger free of charge (excluding shipping cost)

What is covered & what is not covered:
1. Scooter Body:Scooter body on every single scooter is made of 100% raw material.it is strong and flexible enough and will never get cracked and broken in shipping box,well protected.Any broken or cracked body caused due to rough handling during transportation IS NOT COVERED.Damage of scratch  due to packaging,or touch up painting is covered and the damage must be reported the very first day when you receive it,on opening up the shipping box.(digital photos is required  for us to verify what kind of damage it is).Otherwise,any damage due to improper way of riding to body IS NOT COVERED.
2. Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they come with scooter,defective.

3. Light bulbs & Fuses: Light bulbs are NOT COVERED since bulb is not easy to go bad during working because of bumping and vibration.And we will supply you with spare bulbs and fuses of 2% quantity free of charge together with shipment.
4. Battery Warranty: If your battery becomes defective within 6 months of the purchase date, we will replace the battery free of charge (shipping charges not included)

5.Motor Warranty:If your motor gets burnt up during the warranty period,we will send you motor for free to swap out the bad one.(shipping charges is not covered)

6.Charger Warranty:Charger is not working due to quality problem.it is under 6-month warranty.We will replace it free of charge.(shipping charges not included)

7.Frame Warranty:During the warranty period,any breaking,falling off solder fame occurs.We ll send new frame to you free of charge and pay labor hours for assembly.(we have been in this business for 8 years and have never had any trouble with frame.)

8.Controller Warranty: This item is not covered.Because manufacturer triple check every single controller before its made delivery.Most of damaged controller can be caused by improper way of riding,such as riding overweighted,long time going uphill,riding on wet or muddy road and so on.

Pocket Bike & All Gas Powered Scooters Warranty: "Manufactures defects will only be covered" (updated 01/30/2007)
1. Engines are not covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we ship the pocket bike to you. Failure to premix oil with the gas is not covered.
2. Pull starters are not covered. This item is expected to break after several uses. 2% spare pull starters is included with shipment.

 3. Spark plugs are not covered. Spark plug wire is not covered if damaged from engine heat. 2% spare spark plug is included with shipment.

4. Tires, tubes & flat tires are not covered unless defective during production(Damage must be reported to us within 1 day of receiving pocket bike).
5. Kick stand is not covered.
6. Damage caused due to an improperly adjusted chain falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and wheel bearings are not covered. Customers should take care to tighten the chain after each ride. There should be no play in the chain.
7. Light bulbs are not covered under warranty due to the excessive natural vibration that occurs in gas scooter with 2 stroke engines. Excessive vibration is normal.
8. Gas leaks are not covered since all gas leaks can easily be fixed.

Damage that occurs during shipping and handling is not covered under our warranty. You can however process a claim directly with the carrier.
